Flavor Properties
This is a very dense flavoring but surprisingly light on the butter, very creamy with no vanilla, also slightly nutty, and has a savoury cheese flavoring.
Relatable Flavors
Reminds me of heavy whipping cream lightly sweetened, with a handful of Parmesan cheese.
Position In The Recipe
I can see this working as a bass note or as an accent,
I believe as a base base note its applications would be something along the lines of an alfredo, or cream soup recipe.
As an accent use it to height and other creams, and bring out buttery cheesy notes.
Pairings
The first thing that comes to mind is savory flavorings, followed by creams, Stone fruits, berries, and bakeries.

Notes
Comparison to cap sweet cream, similar yet different, this is definitely cheesier, heavier, on the dairy and slightly more dense.
No Wikipedia on this one, but here's a link to make it easier to find.
