Off Flavors - just the the lightest itty bitty little bit of Floral
Position in the recipe - nice accent note would work well as a base with some help
Pairings -as with regular coconut the obvious tropical fruits and chocolate may also go well with mint flavors like chai or bring some creaminess two coffees & rum
