Mouth Feel - Sharp and light on the tongue density I Give It 2/10 with a pretty good throat hit
Flavor Properties- artificial lemon and bamboo it's sour very earthy and just a little bitter
Relatable Flavors - like eating a lemon head while chewing on a piece of bamboo
Off Flavors - get that Lemon Pledge flavor and I do realize that 2.5 is high for this flavoring ( testing at 1% and .5% still had that off lemon Pledge flavor)
Position in the recipe - could easily be a top note much lower percentages should make a decent accent
Pairings - my first instinct is ginger should also pair well with tropical fruits thinking guava or coconut mint may make a nice addition as well
